Education

Lisa Beilharz studied law at the Albert-Ludwigs-University of Freiburg, specialising in the field of intellectual property.
She completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Stuttgart, where she deepened her knowledge in the field of intellectual property law by working as a research assistant in our law firm and gathering experience at a German automobile manufacturer.
Lisa Beilharz is admitted to practice before all German Regional Courts and Higher Regional Courts, the Federal Patent Court, the DPMA, the EPO, the EUIPO and the UPC.
