Education

Ms. Link studied law at the Eberhard Karls University in Tübingen. She sometimes focused on litigation and arbitration and successfully completed a moot court in Hong Kong and Vienna while she was still a student. 

Ms. Link completed her legal clerkship in the Higher Regional Court of Stuttgart and was already employed at Gleiss Große Schrell & Partner mbB during her internship. 

Ms. Link also worked for a German automobile manufacturer in the area of product and innovation management for several years. 

Ms. Link is admitted before all German district courts and higher regional courts, the Federal Patent Court, the Federal Supreme Court (in nullity proceedings), the German Patent and Trademark Office, the European Patent Office, the European Intellectual Property Office as well as the Unified Patent Court.
